Trikutta Towers, located in Powai, is a 162,000 sq ft gated community residential building that was completed in 2009. At the time of its completion, it was one of the largest residential projects in the area, with a focus on providing ample parking spaces to meet the growing demand for parking. This was a forward-thinking approach, as parking has since become a major concern in many crowded urban areas. The project was a huge success and helped establish Mr. Savla as one of the top developers in the region.

Michael Enclave, is a 65,000 sq ft residential project located in the sought-after suburb of Mulund. This project has become an iconic landmark in the area and is a testament to Mr. Savla's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Despite facing regulatory challenges that caused delays, the project has received zero complaints under the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and has been well-received by its residents. Dev Darshan in Deolali was another successful project that Mr. Savla developed, showcasing his ability to undertake and execute projects in different locations and settings.
